Dr. Paul Kitchen
Original Founder
Dr. Paul A. Kitchen is the original founder of Paul Kitchen & Associates. Paul has been a full time licensed agent for twenty six years. He is a lifelong resident of Cape Girardeau. Paul is married and has two daughters and five grandchildren. He served 28 years in public education as a teacher, coach, and school administrator. He also owned and operated a real estate and custom home building company for seven years.
Paul graduated from Cape Girardeau Public schools then continued his education to receive a B.S. and Masters from Southeast Missouri State University and his Doctorate from Saint Louis University in Educational Administration.
Paul’s hobbies include wood-working and gardening. He is a member of Cape First Church in Cape Girardeau. He is a member of several organizations including Cape Girardeau Multiple Listing Service, Cape County Board of REALTORS(President in 2009),Missouri Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Cape Area Chamber of Commerce.

Alison Moorman (Alison Kitchen) is a real estate broker and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2009 in Cape Girardeau, MO specializing in residential real
estate. She received her real estate brokers license in 2021 and received a B.S. from Southeast Missouri State University in 2000 graduating with honors. She has lived in Cape Girardeau all her life and knows the area as well as anyone. Having grown up around a family construction and real estate business she is extremely knowledgeable in all things related. Angie Womack (Angie Kitchen) is a real estate agent & owner of Paul Kitchen & Associates. She received her real estate license in July of 2018. Prior to real estate, Angie worked at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau for 18 years. In 2006 she started her sales career in medical device sales and later earned an insurance license to sell medical malpractice insurance throughout Missouri. Angie grew up in Cape Girardeau and has impressive knowledge of Cape and many other cities and towns throughout the state. She will go great lengths to provide excellent service and help to her clients. Angie is involved in many organizations & events dedicated to raising funds and support for those in need. She is a member of the Saint Francis Foundation Board, and a consistent donor for local schools, hospital campaigns, and RPAC (REALTORS Political Action Committee), to name a few.

Dewayne is an active volunteer and participant in the community including serving the Cape Girardeau community as a Captain/Paramedic with the Cape Girardeau Fire Department, a member of the regional United States Department of Homeland Security Response Team and the City of Cape UAV (Drone) Team Coordinator as an FAA Commercial UAV Pilot.
